Description: Vintage Zwilling, J.A. Henckels Solingen Germany 31620-100mm (4") Paring Knife, With Black Nylon Scales. Blade is 4", overall length is 8". Blade is very sharp, but could still use a proper sharpening. Both blade and black nylon scales, have scratches, and some marks, from normal use. Both scales have a crack, one on each side, pictures will show. Cracks are most likely from putting them into the dishwasher, with the different temps. These types of knives should be hand washed only. Writing on blade is very legible. Knife is 3 silver pins, full tang, black nylon scales. Vintage Zwilling J.A.
