Camera looks good for its age. Shutter is stuck - seems it needs new shutter curtains. Viewfinder needs cleaning. INDUSTAR-22 50mm f/3.5 Lens has some marks, dusts and fungus, which is pretty common for vintage lenses. The aperture works. Focusing is ok.
