I have no control over how it takes THE POST OFFICE to deliver items after I ship them out. There is a handling charge to cover the cost of Insurance just in case something happens in transit. Return policy: I will not accept any returns. If there is something wrong with one item out of a set that you have purchased, I will refund for that particular item, not for the whole kit unless theres something wrong with the entire thing.
