The short side of the straps are attached to the bag with 2 metal rivets and the long side of the straps are adjustable with 6 holes that will let you use it as a tote bag or shoulder bag. The interior is lined with black fabric with a black leather framed vanity pocket. The bag has been lovingly used and well cared for.
