It's in good overall shape overall with some wear and there is an alpha-numeric stamp on the upper right corner of the front cover (see pictures). The phamplet is intended to provide basic military information about life in the Army to new recruits. Subjects include leaves, passes, personal welfare, medical care, off-duty activities, punishments, cooperation with fellow soldiers, and basic description of Army organization and regulations.
