Tested - AAA batteries are still included and I was able to power it up - red light comes on and when I put ear bud to my ear I could hear amplification of sound coming from it. Foam around speaker peeling came off. Replacements can be purchased online search mic foam (both on device itself and ear bud - this is common for this item). Here is what was either missing or just doesn’t come with it (not sure as I’m not original owner): Plug mount mic (an optional hand held microphone is also available (MIC 027) and this device features a plug-in microphone ( again, not included) • Instruction Manual Not included and I believe because the corresponding boxes weren’t checked on the side panel that perhaps they weren’t supposed to be, but I’m not the original owner so I cannot say this with certainty: dual mini earbuds (EAR014) • wide range earphone (EAR008) • deluxe folding headphone (HED021) • rear wear headphone (HED026) • neck loop (NKL001) As I have repeatedly stated - I’m not the original owner so I’ve described everything to my best ability.
