Ginny An Exclusive Fashion Ensemble for Ginny 71-9140 Ribbons and lace. Ginny An Exclusive Fashion Ensemble for Ginny 71-9050 Rain Gear. The Vogue Dolls sets are unopened and were made in China. For ginny doll 8" girl doll was manufactured in 1988 and comes with an outfit and accessories including shoes. The doll is made of cloth and plastic materials and has not been modified. These items are a must-have for enthusiasts of Ginny dolls and will make a great addition to any collection. In some pieces the white color has a little deteriorated with time and could possibly be cleaned or restored to its natural white color. Boxes has some wear, stickers residues and dust.
