Description: Vtg 1970s Amish Made Quilt - "Winner's Circle" Queen Size 108"x94" Hand-quilted This Winners Circle quilt is striking in blue print and solid white fabrics. The quilting motif is quite full in the center of the blocks, with leaves and a central flower. The border is quilted in diagonal lines. It is a very unique quilt pattern, one youll not find very often. It has two square corners and two rounded corners for a neat and finished look as the quilt flows over the edges of the bed foot. The quilt is exquisitely well-made, machine- pieced and hand-quilted with tiny, uniform stitches one would expect from Amish "quiltsmiths". Fabrics date to the 1970s. Very large, fitting a queen size bed easily. I find no holes, open seams or damage to this quilt. There are some areas of discoloration /dinginess, particularly to the cream colored binding at the foot of the quilt, which I've tried to picture from several angles.
