Description: This adorable vintage Ruth of Carolina girls' dress features a solid beige jumper-look body with floral sleeves and a collared neckline. The dress has long balloon sleeves with ruffled crocheted cuffs and ruffle shoulders. The dress also includes a colorful scarecrow appliqué! NOTE: the dress may have been hemmed/shortened. In a girls SIZE 4, this cute vintage dress is in very good pre-owned condition! PLEASE NOTE: as my page indicates I do not, as a rule, accept returns. At the time of sale, 25% of my sales are donated to our local Down Syndrome Association. I also provide photos of actual measurements (except for most babies & kids items) and I try to disclose & photograph imperfections of any type. If I do miss an imperfection or alteration, that’s on me, and I will absolutely accept a return. But not for reasons of fit, color, smell or “I don’t like it”. These are ‘pre-owned’ pieces…they may never have been worn, some ‘new with tags’ but have likely been hanging in a closet or a thrift store for some time. Some thrift stores spray clothing, and a smell that triggers one person’s senses might not another’s. My pieces are always steam sanitized and also spot cleaned and washed if needed.
