I'm going to say this item is in fair to poor condition because some oil has leaked out of the bottle & gotten all over. Everything will need a thorough wipe down. Other than that, everything looks great. Both patch holders are metal and in great shape. There are also 2 strong bristle brushes, a tube of lubricant, a partially full can of gun oil, a nearly empty bottle of Nitro Solvent, a T-handle push rod with 3 extension tubes, 3 little metal parts trays, a fitted platform to hold the pieces, and the outer metal case with nice tight latch to hold it all. Since nothing is perfect, so be sure to use the zoom feature to look at any & all cosmetic issues.
