Description: Vintage Lip Service Green Skirt Size Medium. From the early 2000's. It's still in like new condition, only been worn once or twice and has been kept safe in storage. Features a side zipper that opens the skirt completely when putting on or taking off. Skirt is meant to sit low on the hips, just under stomach. I'm 34" / 35" in that area, my Hips are 40" and it fits comfortably. It's about 12 1/2" in length. It can easily be altered if you're a smaller size.
