It comes with the pen holder carousel, but does NOT include the power adaptor. But it was tested earlier with the AC adaptor and some very old pens which I haphazardly assembled not by color but simply by finding ones that would still write. As you can see it did knock out the sample plot so it is presumed functional. Again, does NOT include the AC adaptor which is proprietary to these things, you can’t just sub in a generic adaptor. All items are sold as is with no warranty offered unless one is specifically stated. However, IF you pay the Buy It Now price and find a problem that you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it for a refund of the purchase price.
