Description: I have looked over this photo very closely with a jeweler's loop looking for any clue of location or date and can't find anything. The Red Cross flags and attached poles/rods visible around the women's feet are unmistakable though. The uniforms they wear are very similar to those worn by the Red Cross in and around World War I therefore I am fairly certain of at least that much. There is nothing else on the front or back of the photo that I can find to further identify this photo. It does look like the little boy in the front of the line and the person in the crown behind him might be holding Maypole streamers but this is just my guess.
