The hand-carved and painted details on the bird make it a unique piece. The parrot is made of bone and stands at a large 1:12 scale. It comes on a carved wooden stand and is attached with a brass slotted screw. I think the parrot is wire nailed to the perch. The original price is written on the bottom in pencil, 150. Perfect for collectors aged 16 and up. The antique dollhouse piece is an original, handmade piece, I think from the pre-1940 time period. It features a hand painted salmon color and is made of high-quality materials. The parrot is the main attraction, but it also includes a nice hand carved stand.
