Description: Vintage Corner Wall Pocket Vase Majolica Style Yellow w/ Mauve Bird Japan 4 3/8” 4 3/8” x 3 3/8” x 3 3/4” 12 oz Lovely vintage corner wall pocket vase. This is in a warm golden yellow with a maroon/mauve bird and brown leaves. This is unmarked on the back but it came to me in a collection of wall pockets that were all from Japan. It's in majolica style and the colorway is interesting and bright. This would hold a few stems and bring a pop of color to your wall. There is normal wear from age and use. There is a spot where the glaze doesn't cover the white of the piece, it has a bit of a rough feel there. I don't think it's a chip though, maybe a scuff? There are no chips or cracks.
