This listing is for various pieces of vintage Blue Ridge Southern Potteries earthenware and china. No chips, cracks, repairs, or unusual wear UNLESS SPECIFIED BELOW, so please read carefully: Soup bowl - (Pattern is Cherry Bounce, shape is Colonial). Measures 8" in diameter. Salad Plates (2) - (Pattern is County Fair - White Grapes, and County Fair - Pear and Cherries, shape is Colonial). In 1941, Avon Products, Inc. gave a set of eight of these salad plates (collectively known as "Colonial Fair") to salespeople who managed to send in a single order of $150 - $199. Though the patterns that appeared on the plates were used on other pieces, only the 8 1/2" plates were used by Avon for their premium. These salad plates were edged in both red and green. This pair consists of one plate edged in GREEN, and the other edged in RED. Salad Plates (2) GREEN - (Pattern is County Fair - White Grapes, and County Fair - Pear and Cherries; Shape is Colonial). Same as the salad plates described immediately above, except the edge of both of these plates is GREEN. Platter/Chop Plate (Pattern is Grape Harvest, shape is Colonial) - Measures 11 3/4" in diameter. Oval Platter (Pattern is Autumn Apple, shape is Colonial) - No back stamp. Measures 11 1/2" X 8 1/2". Gravy Boat (Pattern is Chintz) - No back stamp. This is a 1930s pattern that is in exceptionally fine condition.
