The attached cloth covered 44" long cord is original. Tested: One knob controls toasting time along a spectrum from lighter to darker. Feature functions as designed. Toasting is uniform and consistent with the selected setting. Toast pops up at end of toasting cycle. A red button on the underside opens a door on the bottom to for easy clean out.
