Vintage 1988 Bernard Picture Co. Mysterious White Cat Floral SIGNED Print FRAMED

Description: This very cute cat print is a great example of decor prints that were produced by the Bernard Company in the 1970's - 1980's. Unfortunately, it was extremely hard to photograph with glare on the glass. This particular piece was printed in 1988 and signed by the artist. I can't make out the name on the signature, but it looks like "E. Brownd" or E. Broward". I could not locate any information on any artist with this name. The print features a white cat in a basket. The cat has vivid blue eyes and a mysterious, Mona Lisa-type expression. It is an interesting print and it's hard to stop looking at it.The color palette is muted beige with peach and blue tones and a blue-gray speckled border, very typical of the late '80s - early '90s. The print is not faded, but the colors are very subtle, and this is not a picture that will brighten up a space - it is a piece that will add interest. There is a copyright stamp a the base of the picture that reads: "Bernard Picture Co, Inc., Stamford, CT 1988. It measures about 12 inches in height and is 20 3/4 inches tall and is 15 inches wide (framed), a nice small- medium size that will fit in a variety of spaces. The print is in good condition - no stains, spots, holes or tears. The frame has some minor scuffing, consistent with age, but is also in good condition.
