Description: Today we are featuring a vintage 1940's / 50's black plastic straw hat by Apolsky or Akron Ohio. It measures 19 inches around the inside rim. My mannequin head is a little bit smaller than the average adult head. This has a veil but the veil does have holes. I noticed one small area on the side where the shiny has worn from the plastic wicker. This is still a really cool hat and worthy of a collection.
