This listing is for a vintage Bb tenor saxophone mouthpiece. There is no brand name on it but based on the shape of the shank I am pretty certain that it is of Buescher origin. They did not always stamp their name on their stock mouthpieces, especially if they came with a second line or stencil horn. This mouthpiece dates to the 1920's. It is typical of that era in design. It has a very large round chamber, and deeply scooped inner side walls. The tip opening measures in at .070". It is made of hard rubber. This mouthpiece is in good condition. The facing is smooth, and there are no tooth indentations on the beak. There is scratching/scuffing on the exterior, but this has no effect on how it plays.
