This note is obviously circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has heavier creases); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges and areas of discoloration); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder I can't tell if there are any tears); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); several holes on the left side.
