Description: Trebonianus Gallus silver antoninianus, Roman Imperial, 251-253 A.D., Sear 2781, R.I.C. 33., 20-22 mm, 3.5 gm. The obverse shows the radiate, draped bust of the emperor, to the right. The obverse legend shows "IMP. CAE. C. VIB. TREB. GALLVS AVG.". The reverse shows Felicity standing left, holding a long caduceus and cornucopiae. The legend shows "FELICITAS PVBLICA". The portrait shows good detail in all the facial features, hair, crown and drapery. The reverse also shows good detail. Both sides are varying shades of silver gray with darker toning around the borders at the lettering. This is a genuine original coin, not a copy, replica, or reproduction. EX.
