Description: This is just a gorgeous vase! It is a Tom Philabaum Art Glass Reptilian Series Iridescent Vase and it is Signed and dated 2012. This piece of hand blown glass was designed and created at Philabaum Glass Studios in Tucson Arizona.Tom Philabaum began studying the art of glass blowing at the University of Wisconsin in 1971. He graduated in 1973. After coming to Tuscan in 1975, he built his first glass studio.This vase is from his Reptilian Series. It has a reddish orange glass with roundish iridescent circles that show different colors like blue, yellow, and pink, and black lines between them. It is signed Philabaum 2012 on the side (see photos). This piece measures about 5.50" tall and is about 4.75" wide and the base is about 3 inches. There are no chips or cracks. It's been very well preserved.
