The Harvard Classics Deluxe Edition / Registered Edition 1937/38

Description: The Harvard Classics 14 volumes Deluxe Edition Registered edition 1937, and a few from 1938 Dark green covers These 14 volumes of the Harvard Classics, deluxe edition, registered edition are in very good condition with very light wear and tear. All of them have a little bit of dust on the top and pages from sitting on shelf for years. Most of the wear and tear that can be seen is usually at the top of the spine where there is sometimes a little bit of brittleness. These are beautiful books, but they were mast produced, not with the greatest quality. I had over 20 of these volumes originally but I removed the ones with cracked spines, which seems to be the most common problem with these books. I am only selling the ones of the very highest quality. Please see description below of the names and conditions of each of these volumes. Tiny bit of wear and tear at top of spine. 2. American historical documents, 1938. good condition. Little bit of wear and tear at top of spine. 3. Addison, Steele, swift, Defoe, Johnson, and others. 1937. Very good condition. Almost no wear or tear. 4. Tennyson to Whitman 1938. Very good condition. Almost no wear or tear. 5. Darwin, voyage of the beagle. 1937. Bit of wear and tear on Front cover where a Little bit of scuffing can be seen. (see last photo ). This is the only volume with scuffing on the side. Aside from that, the book is in very good condition. 6. Collins to Fitzgerald, 1938. Very good condition. Tiny bit of wear and tear at top of spine. 7. The thousand and one nights. 1937. Very good condition. Tiny bit of wear and tear at bottom of spine. 8. Franklin, Woolman, pen. 1937. Very good condition. No discernible wear or tear. 9. Homer 1937. Very good condition. Tiny bit of wear and tear at top of spine. 10. Plato, Epictetus , Marcus Aurelius. 1937. Very good condition. Almost no wear or tear. 11. Aesop, Grimm, Anderson. 1937. Very good condition. Almost no where or tear. 12. Bacon, Milton, Browne. 1937. Very good condition. Tiny Mark at top of spine, but no breakage. 13. Marlowe, Shakespeare. 1938. Very good condition.
