"Brin, DO something!" Molly almost yelled. Now Brin was very protective of Molly, because she was his best friend. He grabbed a small stick and held it high. But the little being laughed, and her laughter sounded like bells or chimes, and Brin was so surprised, he dropped the stick. "Who are you?" he asked in his bravest voice. "You can call me Divinity." said the fairy-like being. "What are you doing in our clubhouse?" asked Brin, still trying to be brave. "Well, you asked for a special adventure, did you not?" "Yes." said Molly and Brin together. "Well, you asked, and here I am!" Well, Molly and Brin didnt know what to say, so they just stared at Divinity. She was so beautiful, and she seemed so nice that the children were no longer afraid. "I am here to help you," said Divinity. "There are many things I can teach you, if you are willing to learn." "Okay," replied Molly, "but WHAT are you, and where did you come from?" "I am your inner Light, your imagination, and your friend, all in one." said Divinity. "I know of the ways of life, and I can help you to be better people, if you will but listen, and learn." As Molly and Brin were too stunned to respond, Divinity went on. "I am your inner knowing that will help you when you are scared, angry or confused. Everyone has a special friend like me, if only they wish to see.
