Description: Spirit Halloween Area 31 Capsule Alien Prop Condition: this item was never used or assembled; I did remove the pieces from the box to make sure all parts were included and found a few flaws/damage; the piece on the front with the clear plastic window has a crack and piece that has broken off near the bottom corner (see photos 12 & 13); there is also some smudging on the clear plastic of this piece (see photo 14 - this is a dull smudge that may or may not be able to be removed with some goo-gone or similar product); the eyes of the alien has some wear/fading of paint (see photos 16 & 17); also, the box has some damage as shown in photos as well as some tape on the top flap that was used to help keep the box closed (see photos 3 & 4); see all photos - you will receive exactly what is pictured; item/pieces may have some minor imperfections from being moved around; note that step pad and fog machine are sold separately *Ships UPS Ground; box will ship packed inside of a slightly larger box to help with protection; please allow 2 business days handling time before this item will ship *Returns: buyer pays return shipping; item(s) must be returned in condition sent in order for buyer to receive full refund.
