Description: Spalding Elite Mv2 iron set (2-9 & SW). A classic blade head design is very similar to the Spalding Top Flite Tour Blade sold in the 70's and continued as a custom club from the 70's into the 80's. The Elite Mv2 has the original light weight steel shaft which is a Medium flex in these clubs. For sizing, the 2 iron length is original at 39". This set is in very good shape for a club of this age and the timeless blade design represents some of the best that Spalding had to offer for the forged blade player. The pictures represent the condition of this set well and confirms that this set looks very good for a club of it's age. The cosmetic wear is minimal. Serial numbers still show and all the shaft labels are still intact. New Star Sidewinder (velvet style) grips have been added to make the clubs ready for play or display for a vintage golf enthusiest or collector. I have been proud to have this set on display as part of my collection and hope it will find a good home to be enjoyed by someone for years to come.
