Description: This photo was given to a then, council person from Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles who was invited to take a tour of the Texas Pipeline hosted by Southern California Gas Company. It has handwriting on the back from the recipient and the note is from Bill Bullock obviously someone who was in the upper echelon of the Gas Co. at that time in 1966.The note is dated and has Bill Bullocks name and the Co. name on a professional note letterhead with hand-written initials over his name to give it some personalization as his secretary probably did a photo for every person in that special tour group photo.The photo has creases and soiling around the edges and some rust from the paperclip that the note was, and still is, attached.The photo has a tendency to curl up from oxidation.Sent via USPS Flat rate envelope with hard cardboard to insure the integrity of the photo.
