You can see the indent from the pen on the back of the picture. Please see the 3rd picture. There is no certification. Please compare the signature against certified signatures. The paper looks to be a print out or photo copy and is not glossy. The bottom of the picture states in print that Joe Frazier signed the picture at the Colonial Park Mall in Harrisburg, PA. The date of Saturday, March 17th, 1984 is hand written on the top of the page by the original owner/receiver of the photo. The sheet of paper shows wear, rips, and creases around the edge.
