The horn still retains nearly all of its original lacquer and shows typical signs of use that one would expect from a well-loved vintage sax such as some lacquer wear, scratches, and minor dents/dings, etc.... It does not appear to have suffered from any major damage or trauma. The horn has not been played much in recent years, so we'd recommend a visit to your favorite tech to get the horn up to speed for your preferences, and ideally, a fresh overhaul would get the most out of it.
