In addition to being collectible because the addressee or the town from which it was sent, it is a collectable item of postal history because of the rates, markings and usage. A beautiful cover with a Scott #11--possibly a #10--and an extremely desirable "Kerrs Creek Va." Rockbridge County small-town manuscript postmark on a cover addressed to "Charles White, Fredericksburg, Virginia." Upon arrival, the Fredericksburg postmaster re-addressed it to "Berryville, Clarke Co." and forwarded it on without additional charge or markings. Free Domestic Shipping.
