Description: For sale is a 9" oval patter or sandwich tray by Rosenthal in the Diplomat pattern on the Ivory Continental shape. The oblong porcelain plate is decorated with large, richly colored floral bouquet in the center well, smaller bouquets on rim, and hand-painted metallic gold flourishes. The rim with tab handles is blind embossed trellis & flourish pattern and with the beaded lip finished in gold. The Diplomat pattern has been in production since 1961. This pieces are in very good condition with no damage or wear. It is are marked in gold and black Rosenthal Ivory mark. Made in Germany Approximate Measurements9" wide, handle to handle 5 7/8" deep 1 1/8" high
