Description: MAGIC REALM AVALON HILL BOARD GAME 1979 BOXED - GOOD USED CONDITION - APPEARS COMPLETE For sale here is a 1979 vintage fantasy board game by Avalon Hill, this is an iconic game and always sought after. CONDITION: Item is in good used condition, it has been played and then spent 40 years in loft storage so it is not mint, there is some wear to the box from storage (See photo), it has been played so the counters are punched. It looks like a couple of rubber bands perished in the box over time, some of the old residue can be found on a couple of the character cards and other pieces including paperwork, I would just this only a minor flaw as the residue is very limited (See photos). I am assuming it is complete but I cannot guarantee this, all 16 character cards and all 20 hex tiles are present as are all 47 spell cards and all 75 treasure cards. As for the rest of the counters, I have looked up a parts list and opened the bag they have been stored in and there are simply too many types and variations and number of them for me to begin to attempt a full inventory of them I am afraid, however given they way the game and counters have been stored and from what I have found with the games owned by the same original gamer that I have sold, I am confident in presuming they are all there but I cannot of course guarantee this.
