Description: RARE Vintage ANTIQUE Whisk Broom BRUSH W Loop Handle GRASSES 14'' #3 This rare form vintage/antique whisk broom brush with loop handle is a unique piece of history. Not sure what it is made from but it appears to be some form of lighter grass or straw that is a very nice darker nutty brown. We bought this items over 30 years ago and have not seen another similar one. It has been in our collection forever. It is a nice find for collectors of unique naive and primitive items. The broom is larger in size, measuring 14" tall and approx 6.25" wide at base of broom and widest part of the broom. It is a darker nutty brown color that adds to its rustic charm. The whisk broom is an original piece and was most likely created between 1940-1979- or possibly earlier or later- we have never found any definitive info on the date and what the broom is made of. It displays rather nicely and could be hung form your peg rack. It is a perfect addition to any vintage or antique collection and is sure to be a conversation starter. The brush or broom's handle is looped from the natural fiber/grass/straw, making it easy to hold and use. This piece is perfect for those who appreciate the beauty of vintage antiques and want to add a unique piece to their collection.
