Description: This wheel thrown, hand painted and signed Italian jug/two handled vase is in very good antique condition. It is signed by the artist and numbered on the base, "Manzoni 7/468". One handle has been reattached and there are some spots of loss of glaze as shown. But what a breadth of fresh air! This porcelain's glaze is very nice. The colorful floral touch of pink, light blue yellow brown and greens is a subtle hint that springtime is always just around the corner. And the green striped handles are so characteristic of the style. Long ago someone brought this all the way back from their travels carefully packed in their trunks. And its still here!
