Description: A PSA graded NM-MT 8 - 1976 Blank Back MSA Baseball Disc of Pete Rose of the Cincinnati Reds. From 1976-1983, Michael Schechter and Associates (MSA) of New York issued several different disc sets that were licensed by the Major League Baseball Players Association with the team logos removed from the player's caps. Some of the discs feature four stars above the photo of player, while others feature a different company name above the photo of the player. These discs can be found with blank backs or with advertising on the backs for companies like Crane Potato Chips, Holiday Inn, Pepsi-Cola, Wiffle Ball and a variety of restaurants and snack shops. Some discs can even be found with an offer on the back for companies to purchase discs directly from MSA to be used as promotional items. This example has bold printing, nice color, good focus and clean edges. The back is bright and clean. This is a sharp looking example that would not look out of place in a PSA 9 holder.Thank you for looking and check out our other eBay Buy It Now and Auction Items in our eBay Store! This card would be a great addition to any collection!
