First off, in full disclosure here, I know next to nothing about bicycle parts in as far as trying to spot similar items for sale and listing them as best I can within a reasonable price, so I'll try to list any details for this product as best as I can within my limited scope of knowledge when it comes to these kind of products. As far as I can tell, this item seems to be complete and seemingly unused. My best guess is was going to be used for either an intended replacement or as a last minute backup for the handles that were already on the bike that it was meant to go on. There's also a slim chance that this product didn't exactly fit and so it was just stored away with a bunch of other bicycle related items in a storage bin for a few years. Aside from the slight touch of wear (which occurs on the finish of the two separate clips that are included in this lot) everything else appears to be in brand new condition and still in what I'm guessing must have been its original packaging; though it's not exactly sealed. I don't even have a clue as to what these clips are for exactly, but I'm assuming they must be somehow related to the brake lines. Upon close inspection, I can see bits of the red anodized finish on the clips appearing as though they have flaked off in certain areas revealing a chrome finish underneath. I can't say for sure if this was intentional; or made to look like this on purpose or if the finish somehow wore off from being kept in storage, or if the clips were briefly used to some degree. The set of brake lines and clips comes packaged with a purple flyer which lists the aforementioned name of the website/company it was originally purchased from. There doesn't seem to be an exact product identifier or model number written anywhere on this sheet. I'm not exactly sure what length the brake lines are either, so your guess is as good as mine here.
