Description: Unsexed, juvenile, 2-3”, platinum panda angelfish. Born and bred in Southern California hard water. If your weather temps are going to be less than 75 degrees, please purchase a heat pack for shipping. You can find them in my eBay store. DOA policy will be void if you receive dead fish due to cold weather. Speaking of weather, don’t order fish if it’s going to affect their delivery. We pay for priority 3 day. DOA is void after 3 days. So please be mindful. Please refer to DOA policies below. DOA Policies 1. Report DOA within the first 1 hour of receiving the package. We’re not responsible for any report after 1 hour time frame. The package DOA policy will be voided NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. Take a photo of the dead fish in the UNOPENED bag. 3. Take a photo of the dead fish in a container full water. 4. Let us know if you want me to refund or replace livestock, customer will pay for replacement shipping cost. 5. Shipping fees are not REFUNDABLE once the shipping label printed out. 6. I don't accept return on live stock, all sales are final. 7. When you placed an order with us it will takes 5 days for me to process your orders. 8. My responsibility is to ship my products out on time and safely to you the customer, which includes healthy fishes, shrimps and packaging. 9. I am not responsible for services out of my operations, such as delayed or lost packages by carriers. I have no control over their services. 10. DOA policy will be void when package gets delayed or lost by carriers more than 3 days. 11. It is the customer responsibility to track their package and be present when package arrives. Please contact the carriers if you don't receive your package within 4-5 days.
