Mounts to threaded inserts on top of tank on some Penton, Hercules, Sachs, and others, or to tanks with leather tank straps. Identical as possible to the originals with the exception of no holes in the bottom of the bag to allow you to decide the mounting method. Sells and ships to the lower 48 US states only. Also available with fuel tank filler "flap" and nylon straps for use on most bikes with center mounted fuel caps, for $99.99.
