That said, I've never acquired gear that wasn't working, though if a camera needs a battery not made anymore, like the mercury batteries that many used, I just used a separate meter or learned to guess exposure with the Sunny 16 rule. I give every camera or lens a look over and final check before shipping so it will be tested one more time to make sure it's working before sending it out, or else I'll contact you if there's any problem, and you will have the chance to cancel the sale.
