Description: Up for auction is a very hard to find antique Palmer Cox Brownies child tea set with its original box. There are 21 pieces of porcelain with six original metal spoons. Teacups (1 3/8 inches tall and 1 3/8 inches wide) with saucers (2 1/4 to 2 1/2 inches wide; 5/8 to 1/2 inch tall), plates, Teapot, Creamer, Sugar bowl and six original metal spoons. Measurements are: teapot (4 3/8 inches tall, 4/12 inches wide at spout/handle) creamer (2 1/8 inches tall) and sugar bowl (2 3/8 inches tall). There are saucers for the teacups and also a little larger plate as well. No chips, cracks or repairs. Two of the saucers has a rough feel. Due to the age of this set, the dishes are fragile. Dishes are in vintage condition with minor wear to gold and/or characters. Box shows wear and is torn on edges. Very rare complete set to find with original box.
