Description: Beautiful pair of 9 1/4" plates from Enoch Wood & Sons is a stunning example of Victorian art pottery. The plate features a red (pink) transferware pattern depicting a fountain and is made of high-quality porcelain. It is an antique piece from the 1840s. Condition: I do not recommend for use with food because of their age. These are better purposed for decor. One plate is in very good condition, one has a crack on the (see photos) and one small edge chip - but that does not diminish their use for decor.
