Description: ORIGINAL VIETNAM U.S. PONCHO 1959. This poncho is dated 28 JANUARY 1959 in the printed nomenclature. The instructions for use has partially faded away. It is in overall very good, supple & serviceable condition. There are some small scattered red & green paint stains but nothing overwhelming. There is a 1 inch long tear at one of the edges - see close up photos of these areas. The drawstrings are present at both the neck and waist. All of the snaps & grommets are present. Both sides of the poncho are presented in the photos for your review.
