Description: Title: Old Antique Box Description: Presented for your consideration is this nice antique two tone wooden box. In the center of the lid is a carved plaque that shows a swan with the name S.H. Moore underneath it. This plaque and the trim around the edges is a dark wood while the rest of the box is a lighter wood. A lock is on the front of the box but there is no key included. The lid easily opens and closes. Interior has a small floating compartment with a lid. Rest of the inside is totally open. This nicely crafted box would make a nice addition to any collection! One piece of trim is missing on two of the lid corners. One piece of trim is missing on 2 corners. One side of the lid has 2 cracks and a small chip. Some discoloration is in one corner of the lid and the name plaque is beginning to separate at one side. Typical wear from age and use. Overall in FAIR-GOOD condition. Sold as found.
