It has shoulder pads and you can kind of see through it in some areas because it is like an open knit. Part of the store tag has been torn off. Please see attached pictures for measurements. If you have any questions let me know. The dressform is a standard size dressform that fits a womens size small to large. Please check the actual measurements in the pictures for the true size.
