Description: Up for sale we have a nice Japanese shin gunto sword. Sword signed and dated, Mantestu, 1944. Blade is straight, tsuka is tight to tang, and in above average shape all around. Has some white hazing on blade that could be polished out if wanted, and some minor edge roughness. Also needs locking mechanism fixed and some fraying tsuka ito.
