The background is an aqua blue with pinks, blues, grey, black and burgundy flowers printed all over the pants. A lovely pant to bring on vacation to a tropical paradise. I measured the front waistband and got approximately 17.5 inches and the inseam measured approximately 29 inches. Front leg opening measured approximately 5 inches and an approximate front hip measurement of 20 inches was measured. Fabric is 53% cotton, 32% Repreve recycled polyester and 15% spandex. There’s a lot of spandex so there’s some stretch to these pants. I didn’t measure the stretch. Machine washable cold water with like colors, gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
