This item is still attached to the cardboard stand from its box, but the box has been destroyed. It has plastic twist ties holding Sera and the horse tightly on the base. This item was manufactured in 2006, and is a retired design. The design number is 70402. This has never been removed from the base and is, essentially, new. They are both made of hard plastic. This item is made in China for Schleich Germany. Schleich is well-known for their toy horses. This is 5.5 inches tall (including the fairy wings) and 5.25 inches long. It is about 2 inches wide at the horse's feet. This item is NEW. It is still attached to the cardboard base from the box. There are no scratches or scuffs. It's BEAUTIFUL!
