It is possibly Moser or Lobmeyr, since it has characteristics of both. The glass is hand blown, has a quatrefoil foot, a twisted stem and engraved design. The pattern has a Persian style, with elaborate scrolling, flowers and birds. All of the design is gilded. The foot has delicate white enamel decoration.
