I am not an expert on NASA and do not know much about these patches. I am doing my best to represent the patches honestly. I do not know the actual age of the patches. So, I am NOT listing them as vintage. But, I got these from my dad's house after he passed away 9 years ago. I think he had these patches for a long time before that. The backs of the patches are not smooth like new patches. But, you will have to judge for yourself. Apollo missions were some of the missions directed at landing on the surface of the moon. I will start the bidding at $5 a patch with free shipping and no reserve. That is a great deal! Included in this sale are the following:1. APOLLO Xlll patch - The patch is in very good condition. It doesn't look like it was ever sewn on anything before. It has a white border and black lines outlining the edges of the horses legs. The newer patches I see have these black outlines of the horses legs. It also has Ex Luna Sceintia on the front. The crew was James Lovell(Commander), Thomas “Ken” Mattingly, and Fred Haise.2. APOLLO 14 patch - The patch is in very good condtion. It doesn't look like it was ever sewn on anything before. It has a brown border. It also has Shepard Roosa Mitchell on the front. The crew was Alan Shepard(Commander), Stuart Roosa and Edgar Mitchell3. APOLLO 15 patch - The patch is in very good condition. It doesn't look like it was ever sewn on anything before. It has a blue border. It also has SCOTT WORDEN IRWIN on the front. The crew was David Scott (Commander), James Irwin and Alfred Worden.4. APOLLO XVll patch - The patch is in very good condition. It doesn't look like it was ever sewn on anything before. It has a white border. It also has CERNAN EVANS SCHMITT on the front. The crew was Eugene Cernan (Commander), Ron Evans, Harrison Schmitt.5. I am not sure what mission this patch pertains too? This patch is in fair condition. It has the names HART, VAN HOFTEN, NELSON, CRIPPEN, SCOBEE on it.I have a 100% positive rating and I want to keep it that way. I give an honest description of the items. I am not a dealer.
